What is SunnyScan?

SunnyScan is a digital tourist scan that gives you special offers and discounts at restaurants, on tours, when renting equipment and vehicles, in shops, wellness centres, family attractions and many other places along the Croatian coast.

One SunnyScan costs €14.90 per person and is valid for 10 days from first use. No app to install — everything runs straight from your phone.

How much can you save in 10 days?

Here is what a family or group of four could do with SunnyScan.

In this example every €1 spent on SunnyScan returns about €3.37 in savings. Four SunnyScans can pay for themselves after one boat trip and a few smaller offers.

How SunnyScan works

   Choose and buy

   Pick the number of people and buy one SunnyScan for everyone older than three. The price is €14.90 per person.

2. 2

   Add the users

   Every person gets their own SunnyScan. Add a name and a photo for each one, then send the individual scans to your group by WhatsApp, e-mail or link.

3. 3

   Show the scan and save

   At the partner, show your personal scan or generate one group QR code for everyone present. After checking it, the partner applies the offer.

No app to install. SunnyScan opens straight in the browser on your phone.

Important rules

• ·Every paying person needs their own SunnyScan.
• ·The price is €14.90 per person, whatever the size of the group.
• ·SunnyScan is valid for 10 days from first use, not from the day of purchase.
• ·The photo can be changed until the scan is used for the first time.
• ·After the first use the photo is locked and can no longer be changed.
• ·As a rule, SunnyScan can be used many times during the ten days.
• ·You can return to the same place more than once, unless the offer says otherwise.
• ·Each partner sets the benefit, the times it applies and any limits.
• ·Offers may apply only at certain times, for example at breakfast, lunch or dinner.
• ·Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• ·SunnyScan is personal and must not be lent, shared or resold.
• ·Show the scan and check the conditions before you order or pay.
• ·Always read the conditions of the specific offer before using it.

Groups and families

When buying for several people, every paying member of the group gets their own SunnyScan. The buyer can send the individual scans by WhatsApp, e-mail or a secure link.

The group does not have to stay together. Everyone can use their own scan on their own.

When several members use the same offer together, one of them selects who is present. The system then generates one temporary group QR code. The confirmation shows the photos of everyone selected.

The other members do not need to confirm anything on their own phones.

• One person cannot be part of two active group QR codes at the same time.
• The group QR code is time limited and valid only briefly.
• Once checked by the partner, the code is marked as used for that transaction.
• The photos are clearly visible to the person checking the scan.
• The system prevents one paid scan from being used by several different people.

Rules for children

Children do not need their own SunnyScan up to and including their third birthday, and use the offers without buying a scan.

From the day after the third birthday a child needs their own SunnyScan and pays the full price of €14.90.

If a discount applies to the whole bill, the partner calculates it according to the conditions of that offer. A free SunnyScan for a small child does not automatically mean the child's food, drinks or tickets are free.
