SunnyScan is a brand of ADRIA COMPANY d.o.o. The contract for the scan is concluded with that company.
Terms of use
- SunnyScan is a digital discount Scan. It is not a booking service and it does not sell the partner's service — the contract for a meal, a boat trip or a rental is always between you and the partner.
- The Scan is valid for 10 days from its first use, not from purchase. Each paying person gets their own Scan with their own photo.
- Children use the offers free of charge and do not need a Scan up to and including their 3rd birthday. From the day after that birthday the full price applies.
- Each offer carries its own conditions, shown before you buy. A partner may limit an offer to certain hours, days or a number of uses.
- A Scan is personal. The photo is locked after first use. Misuse can lead to the Scan being blocked without refund.
Privacy
- We store your name and a photo of your face so that partner staff can check that the Scan belongs to you. Staff compare visually — no automatic face recognition is used at any point.
- The photo is deleted automatically 30 days after the Scan expires.
- We record when and where a Scan is used, to detect misuse. We do not track your movement.
- You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion at any time.
Refunds
- A Scan that has not been activated can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Once a Scan has been used at a partner, it is considered consumed and is not refundable.
- If a partner refuses a valid offer, contact us and we will resolve it with them.
